Former Trophy Club of Atlanta, a renowned golf course located north of Atlanta, is being transformed into a luxury housing development. The Homestead at Milton, situated in the upscale suburban area of Milton, is dividing the 180-acre property into 30 estate-sized homesites to cater to the demand for high-end living. The project has recently been named Atlanta Agent Magazine's Development of the Year, highlighting its luxurious offerings and natural beauty.
Currently, nine lots have been sold, and two more are under contract, with sizes ranging from 4.3 acres to over 10 acres. Home sites at Homestead are priced between $900,000 and over $1 million, attracting buyers with substantial wealth. One property has been under contract since January for a staggering $7.4 million.
