New High-Rise Apartment Tower Set to Replace Parking Lot in Midtown Atlanta
A new 37-story apartment tower is set to rise in Midtown Atlanta, as Austin-based developer LV Collective submits plans to the City of Atlanta to develop a 447,000-square-foot venture that would replace a surface parking lot on Peachtree Street. The tower will feature 480 units and eight levels of screened parking podium with 489 vehicle spaces. The tower’s top 27 stories will feature residential units, with 3,000 square feet of café space fronting Peachtree, and a leasing office and resident lobby on 4th Street. LV Collective is also building a co-living student housing tower near Georgia Tech, called Whistler, which is aimed at Georgia Tech attendees.
