Spring Quarter: A New Midtown Destination with Chef Ito’s Japanese Cuisine
Spring Quarter is a mixed-use development project by Portman that aims to transform a full city block along Spring Street in Midtown Atlanta. The project consists of three new buildings and a historic renovation, offering a variety of residential, office, retail, and dining options.
On the eighth floor of the same building, Chef Ito will also run Omakase by Ito, a private dining experience that will cater to exclusive guests. Omakase means “chef’s choice” in Japanese, and it will allow diners to enjoy a personalized and intimate meal prepared by Chef Ito himself.
Portman officials say that all aspects of Spring Quarter currently under construction are on pace to open in the third quarter of 2024, with Chef Ito’s food concepts debuting in November. Spring Quarter promises to be a new destination in Midtown that will offer a diverse and vibrant mix of living, working, shopping, and dining options.
