The Stein Steel project in Reynoldstown, Atlanta, is transforming several blocks of prime real estate. As 2025 begins, vertical construction has started on the next 12-unit section of this Beltline-adjacent development.
The new building on Kirkwood Avenue will feature "stack terrace" units, with prices starting at $500,000 for two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes. The project, which began in 2021, aims to integrate seamlessly into the historic neighborhood with buildings ranging from two to four stories.
The development includes condos, townhomes, and cottages arranged around new streets, with prices for remaining condos starting at $325,000
