I met Michael shortly after moving to Atlanta, and probably within the first few minutes he told me about his love for his job. If you browse his social media, you can see how much effort he puts in to making his clients happy and how much thought goes into being a realtor people can depend on. My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers, so we spoke to a few realtors to make sure we were doing our homework.
You would think in a competitive business, where the little things matter most, that most realtors would try to go above and beyond to stand out. We quickly learned that's not the case.
After a few meetings with other people, we decided to go with Michael, because he did just that. I have to admit, my fiancé and I were clueless. We probably asked Michael the dumbest questions, even calling him at all hours (sorry, Michael!).
He was informative, kind, and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. He spent hours looking at SO many houses with us, and was patient until we found one we liked. Oh, I guess I should mention *he* actually found the one we ended up choosing. Michael knew what to do every step of the way and made the long and unfamiliar process a smooth one. You sign an absurd number of documents and read through a million pages of paperwork, and Michael helped us navigate with ease.
On top of that, the home we wanted had several offers. He helped us win a bidding war and got most of our closing costs covered...even in this INSANE housing market.
