How an Intown Atlanta Project is Bringing Farm-to-Table Living to the City
Pendergrast Farm is a new development in northeast Atlanta that features 20 energy-efficient residences overlooking a 1-acre working farm.
The project aims to preserve 70% of the 8.7-acre site, which includes 5 and ½ acres of woods, meadows, and a half-mile trail system. A full-time professional farmer will live on site and help residents grow fruits, vegetables, and flowers, as well as lead educational and recreational activities.
Pendergrast Farm is described as a “mini Serenbe, but intown,” referring to the acclaimed planned community in Chattahoochee Hills that also focuses on sustainability and farm-to-table living.
