Luxury Condo Building in Buckhead Sells $20 Million in Units in One Month
The Dillon Buckhead, an 18-story luxury condo building currently under construction in Atlanta, has sold 10 units in March alone, with a total value of over $20 million, according to officials with developer Kolter Urban. The building, located in the 2500 block of Peachtree Road, offers 144 condos with prices starting in the mid-$800,000s and ranging up to $4.2 million. The Preston Partnership designed the building, which features one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 1,400 to nearly 3,700 square feet.
