Owens and Hull is not your typical barbecue joint. The menu changes daily, depending on the availability and quality of the meats. The restaurant is only open four days a week, from Thursday to Sunday, allowing the pitmasters to focus on their craft and experiment with new flavors and techniques.

Some of the highlights of the menu include a smoked burger with White Castle onions and American cheese on Thursdays, sliced brisket and turkey on Fridays and Saturdays, and handmade smoked sausages with various fillings. The restaurant also serves pork belly burnt ends, barbecue pastrami, and other specials that showcase the pitmasters’ skills and creativity.
