Owens and Hull is not your typical barbecue joint. The menu changes daily, depending on the availability and quality of the meats. The restaurant is only open four days a week, from Thursday to Sunday, allowing the pitmasters to focus on their craft and experiment with new flavors and techniques.

Some of the highlights of the menu include a smoked burger with White Castle onions and American cheese on Thursdays, sliced brisket and turkey on Fridays and Saturdays, and handmade smoked sausages with various fillings.
