The 2023 Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse

Where: 2023 Holiday Designer Showhouse, 88 Interlochen Dr. NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 Decatur, GA 30030

The showhouse is a collaboration between builder Pradera Group and architect Rodolfo Castro of Castro Design Studio, who designed the 12,500-square-foot residence with a modern aesthetic and a seamless connection to the outdoors. The showhouse features six bedrooms, seven full and two half bathrooms, a pool house, a wine cellar, a home theater, a gym, and a four-car garage.

The showhouse is open to the public from November 16 to December 8, 2023, and benefits Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, a not-for-profit organization that provides specialized care for children from birth to age 21. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased online at AtlantaHolidayHome.com or at the door. The showhouse is also available for private tours and events upon request.
